【丞祖胡椒餅】源自萬華外公家，現已傳至第四代，
每天手工現桿的麵糰加入不同的餡料，料多紮實，
包好的胡椒餅就會放到傳統烤爐內的壁爐上烤。

胡椒餅表面鋪著黑白芝麻，
一口咬下去酥脆又帶點焦香味，
豬肉胡椒餅滿滿紮實肥瘦肉適中的豬肉，
伴隨著蔥、胡椒香，一口咬下嫩滑多汁！
