傳承40年的老味道，選用牛腱心精心燉煮，口感恰到好處，咀嚼不費力。 牛肉麵湯頭濃郁鮮美、濃厚的藥膳香，厚切的牛腱肉燉煮到軟滑入味大塊又實在，麵條更是Q彈有嚼勁，俘獲吃貨的嘴。可自行加入特製秘方辣牛油，與牛肉湯融為一體，吃完原味後趁熱加一些辣油，使整碗牛肉麵的香氣更上一層樓，老饕吃法回味無窮更是不能錯過！




1. 先將熱水煮沸後放入麵條(麵條不須解凍)，持續加熱約5~6分鐘
2. 撈起麵條放入碗中(可根據口感喜好自行調整烹煮的時間)
3. 滷牛腱及牛肉湯一起放入鍋中加熱，煮沸後倒入裝麵條碗中
