經水煮法萃取 100% 純鵝油，
其中飽和脂肪佔 37%，單元非飽和脂肪佔 50%（橄欖油的是 37%），
而多元非飽和脂肪則只得13%，故鵝油實在是橄欖油以外，是動物油中油品品質最好的油！

鵝油的好處：
鵝油是動物油中最容易被人體所代謝的油品，
其富含之不飽和脂肪酸更是不會造成人體負擔，
