Description

承襲傳統鳳梨酥的圓潤濃郁，融合土鳳梨酥的明亮果香，以現代甜點工藝重新詮釋，讓熟悉的味道更顯細膩。

內餡採用五倍濃縮鳳梨果醬，運用天然果膠取代冬瓜糖，搭配白巧克力與奶油，使口感入口即化。選用木質調與奶香兼具的波本香草，與鳳梨的酸甜達成完美平衡，風味更顯層次。
